Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains how Dry County Restoration collects, uses, and protects information submitted through this website. It applies to visitors who contact us through our contact form, request an estimate, or browse our pages.

What We Collect

When you fill out a contact or estimate request form, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, property address, and a description of the damage or service you need. We also collect basic, anonymized analytics data (pages visited, general location, device type) through standard website tools. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

How We Use Your Information

Information you submit is used to respond to your inquiry, schedule an on-site estimate, and coordinate the scope of work. If your loss involves an insurance claim, we may use your contact and property information to communicate with your carrier — but only with your explicit authorization. We do not use your information for marketing unrelated to your service request.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. The only circumstance in which we share your information with an outside party is when you authorize us to coordinate directly with your insurance carrier or a subcontractor required to complete your restoration. Any subcontractors we engage are bound to handle your information with the same care.

Retention

We retain contact and project records for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the service, comply with applicable California contractor recordkeeping requirements, and resolve any disputes that may arise. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us directly.

California Residents — CCPA

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, request its deletion, and opt out of any sale of that information (we do not sell it). To exercise any of these rights, email us at stephen@drycountyrestoration.com or call (951) 667-9910.

Privacy Questions

For any questions about how your information is handled, contact us at stephen@drycountyrestoration.com or write to us at 9064 Pulsar Ct., Suite I, Corona, CA 92883.

Terms of Service

These terms describe the general conditions under which Dry County Restoration provides services. The signed work-authorization form you receive before any work begins is the governing document for your specific project — these terms provide the broader framework.

Service Area and Estimates

Dry County Restoration operates within the state of California. Any estimate provided — whether by phone, email, or in person — is an assessment of likely scope and cost based on conditions visible at the time. An estimate is not a binding contract. Work does not begin and no contractual obligation exists until a written work-authorization form has been signed by both parties.

Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods and specific payment schedules are outlined in your signed work-authorization agreement. For insurance-covered losses, we coordinate billing directly with your carrier when you authorize us to do so. Any portion not covered by insurance — such as a deductible — remains the property owner’s responsibility and is due per the terms in your signed agreement.

Scope of Work

The scope of any restoration project is defined by the signed work authorization. If conditions discovered during work reveal damage beyond the original scope (for example, hidden moisture behind walls or secondary structural issues), we will document the findings and discuss a change order before proceeding. No additional work is performed without your approval.

Liability

Dry County Restoration operates as a licensed contractor under California state regulations. Our liability is limited to the services described in the signed work-authorization agreement. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, concealed damage not discoverable during initial assessment, or outcomes resulting from delays caused by insurance carrier decisions or permit processing timelines outside our control.

Insurance Coordination

We are experienced in working alongside homeowners and property managers through the insurance claims process. We can document damage, communicate with adjusters, and submit required documentation — but we do not guarantee specific claim outcomes, as coverage decisions rest solely with your carrier.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from services provided by Dry County Restoration will first be addressed through good-faith communication between both parties. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes will be handled in accordance with California law, with venue in Riverside County.
