Service Area
Dry County Restoration operates within the state of California. Services outside our current service area may not be available. Contact us to confirm coverage for your specific location before scheduling.
Estimates
Any estimate provided, whether by phone, email, or during an initial site visit, is an assessment based on visible conditions at the time. It is not a binding contract. Work does not begin and pricing is not finalized until both parties have signed a written work-authorization agreement.
Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods and due dates are specified in your signed work-authorization form. Where Dry County Restoration is coordinating directly with your insurance carrier, payment terms reflect the agreed billing arrangement outlined in that authorization. Any amounts not covered by insurance remain the property owner’s responsibility as described in the signed agreement.
Insurance Coordination
We are experienced in working alongside insurance carriers and can document losses, photograph affected materials, and communicate with adjusters on your behalf, but only with your written authorization. We do not guarantee specific claim outcomes, as coverage determinations are made solely by your carrier.
Scope of Work
Work performed will match the scope described in the signed work-authorization form. If conditions discovered during the project differ materially from what was visible at the time of the estimate, we will notify you before proceeding with any work outside the original scope.
Liability
Dry County Restoration operates as a licensed contractor under California state regulations. Our liability is limited to the services described in the signed work-authorization agreement. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage caused by circumstances outside the scope of the authorized work.
Disputes
Any dispute arising from services provided will first be addressed through direct communication between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes are subject to the laws of the State of California and the jurisdiction of Riverside County courts.
